From a single cacao bean, many different chocolates can be crafted. Same bean, same plantation—yet it all comes down to Enrico’s mastery to make it happen.

During this tasting experience, following a visit to our factory, you’ll have the opportunity to explore all the variations of our exclusive Gran Cru Gran Blanco from Peru.

The chocolates in the tasting will include white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolates at 74.6%, 85.5%, and 100% cacao. To complete the experience, a bitter crafted from an Amazonian infusion made with this very same cacao variety, Gran Blanco, will be served as a perfect pairing.
