THE STORY

Enrico Rizzi began his adventure in the world of haute cuisine driven by his passion for cooking. Inspired by the creativity of a famous starred chef, he began his journey by creating a successful banqueting business. Home dinners for a few close friends, sumptuous banquets, corporate parties: the experience gained in these early years allows him to move to the next level.

Oriented towards sweet flavors, Enrico decides to specialize in the world of pastry, studying and experimenting with dedication the preparation of refined and selected products that became the core of his activity. But Enrico is not satisfied and so decides to make a typically Parisian product, macarons, even more exclusive and refined, combining French tradition with the excellence of Italian raw materials .

ENRICO RIZZI'S SYMPHONIES

After extensive experimentation with the finest and tastiest ingredients available on the market, Enrico has specialized in combining different flavors in often unusual, but irresistible combinations.

These compositions of flavors have been renamed Symphonies, because of the harmony that is created between the different ingredients, perfectly mixed in a single creation. Just like with musical instruments, guided by the conductor in forming a harmonious and impactful whole.

The Symphonies therefore combine several flavours, usually three, and are developed transversally within the different creations, thus finding a declination within macarons, cakes, ice creams and chocolate pralines.

 

THE PRODUCTION

The current production, located in the open laboratory in Via Correnti 5, is characterised by the strong prevalence of macarons considered by various newspapers to be “the best in the city” and offered in five annual collections, as well as in the highly sought-after “luxury” versions (savoury and with fine wines).

Chocolate plays a crucial role in the creations on offer, from the elegant praline boxes to the delicious dragées, the gianduiotti, the colourful chocolate bars and the artistic Easter eggs, the result of a long search among the best cocoa beans in the world .

Furthermore, the ice cream, which has always been at the top of most of the city's rankings and has been awarded 2 cones by Gambero Rosso, is offered in a multitude of varieties: from the classic to the more imaginative, both milk-based and in the very light water-based sorbet version.
