Description

In this Specialty Cocoa bar, the fresh acidity of green apple meets the spicy hints of jalapeño pepper, with aromas of thyme in the background and a light saltiness on the palate.

Chocolate obtained from cocoa beans of different high-quality hybrids, Acopio Guatemala comes from the Alta Verapaz region, where it is grown by several certified organic producers, united in a single community.

Once extracted from the cocoa fruit, the beans are left to ferment for five days inside wooden boxes from San Juan and then dried in the sun, as per local tradition.
