Artisanal chocolate bar that presents a good balance between bitter and sweet, with aromatic notes of toasted dried fruit, blueberry jam, mushrooms and smoky hints, obtained from Trinitario cocoa beans from the Ba Ria region, east of the Vietnamese capital Ho Chi Minh.

In this coastal region, sunnier and drier than the Mekong Delta, cocoa grows in the shade of pomelo, jackfruit and black pepper. The beans are left to ferment for a period of 6 days, during which they fully develop the forest floor aromas that distinguish this chocolate.
