The chocolate experiences will be held from Tuesday to Friday in three time slots (11.00, 15.30 and 18.00) and on Saturday in four time slots (10.30, 12.00, 16.00, 18.00).

About the Chocolate Experience

Visit the Enrico Rizzi Chocolate Factory , in the heart of Milan, a few minutes from Piazza del Duomo, and discover all the secrets of an artisanal "bean to bar" laboratory, where cocoa beans are processed from roasting to final packaging.

The tour begins in the sensory room, where, thanks to the “Virtual Reality 360” technology, which allows visitors an immersive and engaging experience, you can explore a cocoa plantation in Peru, experiencing the stages of harvesting, fermentation and drying of the beans. The visit continues through the roasting room and the chocolate shop, an environment with controlled temperature and humidity, where the chocolate rests and refines in spices, teas and infusions. Finally, in the laboratory area , you can witness the processing of the cocoa beans, from the separation of the skins to the slow stone grinding (up to 80 hours).

This is followed by a guided tasting of three single-origin chocolates. The Chocolate Experience is also available in the Special Collection version (4 chocolate tasting) and the Grand Cru Exclusive version (5 chocolate tasting and glass).

The tour lasts approximately 45/60 minutes, for a maximum of 8 guests per visit.
