“Gianduia” is a type of chocolate mixture created in Turin in 1806 by ingenious Turin chocolatiers who, during the Napoleonic blockade, replaced the now very expensive cocoa with the Tonda Gentile hazelnut from the Langhe.

I Grandi Classici, meaning "the Great Classics", available in four creations, represent the maximum expression of the classicism of some excellent raw materials: from the Sicilian pistachio Feudo San Biagio to the almond of Noto and the Piedmont hazelnut, in addition to the extradark version based on single-origin Colombia 85% chocolate.
