Fragrant dark chocolate, with vegetal hints of grass and leaves combined with notes of cocoa husk with hints of wild honey and undergrowth.

The trinitario cocoa beans for this chocolate are grown on the Leolinda farm, located in the Brazilian state of Bahia. João Tavares, owner of the farm and one of the pioneers of Specialty cocoa in Brazil, manages the farm by combining modern agronomic techniques with protection of the social fabric (providing housing and assistance to workers) and the environment (protecting the Mata Atlantica rainforest through agroforestry protection programs).
