Limited edition spicy chocolate bar, obtained from amelonado and forastero cocoa beans left to infuse for a few days in pepper and Jamaican pepper. Suitable for lovers of spicy flavors, the Maya Mountain infused chocolate undergoes a long fermentation, lasting 9 days, during which the beans absorb marked hints of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, anise, and cardamom, in a real explosion of spices.

Maya Mountain cocoa comes from small plantations managed by over 400 farmers, mostly from the indigenous Q'eqchi and Maya Mopan communities.
