Inspired by Massimiliano Alajmo and his “liquorice and saffron” risotto, the Easter version of “Sinfonia delle Calandre”: saffron and soft Finnish licorice

Weight approximately 750 gr.

Given the fragility of the creation, only in-store collection or delivery is possible  with driver in the CITY OF MILAN. Weekly deliveries are also planned in the HINTERLAND of Milan: it is possible to indicate a desired date, which may however be subject to variations depending on the delivery round.

INGREDIENTS

White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, WHEY , BUTTER , SOY lecithin, vanilla), saffron, liquorice (molasses, WHEAT flour, liquorice extract, anise), food colourings*.
