Already protagonists in the past on Studio Aperto, Enrico Rizzi's macarons are now back in the spotlight on television.
In fact, during the day of Friday 3 February, Studio Aperto Mag dedicated an extensive reportage to Enrico's famous confectionery productions.
During the service, the pastry chef and his collaborators were interviewed and the various stages of preparation of the macarons were documented inside the open-view artisan laboratory at via Correnti 5 in Milan.
