Macarons: Carnival Collection 2025

In order to celebrate the Ambrosian Carnival, Enrico Rizzi has unveiled his new Macaron Collection, inspired by the flavors and aromas of Milanese cuisine.

From the saffron that defines the classic risotto alla milanese to a traditional dessert like pan de mej (also known as pan meino), and even iconic aperitifs such as Campari Soda and Rabarbaro Zucca, the Carnival Collection is a true tribute to Milan’s rich culinary heritage.

 

Carnival Macarons 2025

The Carnival Collection consists of six macarons, all available both at the boutique on Via Correnti 5 in Milan and in the online store (selectable when purchasing gift boxes). However, these unique Milan-inspired macarons will only be available for a limited time.
