Pomegranate

A must for Christmas dinners, capable of brightening up the festivities with its characteristic bright red grains, which are not only spectacular, but also delicious, both to be consumed alone, and in numerous recipes such as salads, fruit salads and even meat dishes.

Mandarin

The most representative fruit of Christmas, practically omnipresent in the winter period. This citrus fruit, together with its "cousins" oranges and grapefruits, has long conquered the hearts of Italians and has established itself as the perfect conclusion to countless Christmas banquets.

Lychee

A tropical fruit native to China, with its flavor that combines sour and sweet notes, the lychee is one of the festive fruits par excellence, therefore a must in this collection dedicated to Christmas Macarons. Wrapped in a peculiar "thorny" peel, the pulp is a real surprise for the palate.

Cape Gooseberry

Very popular in the past, the Cape Gooseberry , compared to the other fruits on this list, has suffered a decline in notoriety over time, but wrongly so, because it has a truly unique flavor. Small, yellow and rounded, it is made unmistakable by its characteristic wing-like leaves.
