Macarons, here is the new Le Caramelle Collection

Being creative means trying unpredictable solutions , sometimes going in the opposite direction to what others would expect, to continue to amaze and never take anything for granted.

This is what chef patissier Enrico Rizzi did, who, in designing his new line of macarons for Summer 2023 inside the now legendary laboratory at via Correnti 5 in Milan, decided to experiment starting from a series of sources of inspiration that were unusual for him.

After having delighted his customers with the macarons of the Luxury Savoury Collection based on ingredients such as White Truffle and Foie Gras and after having amazed them with the Fine Wines Collection including Dom Pérignon and Ben Ryé Passito macarons, Enrico this time used a decidedly more… "popular" starting point, obviously in the positive sense of the term.

Enrico Rizzi's new macaron collection, entitled Le Caramelle , is inspired by the most beloved sweets of yesterday and today , capable of leaving an indelible memory in the palates of adults and children alike and of arousing, similar to Proust's famous madeleine , unpredictable memories in those who try them again after many years.

A playful collection, dedicated to the flavours of childhood : from the creaminess of "Rossana" to the deliciousness of "Galatina" , through the slightly pungent freshness of "Selz Arancia" , culminating in the sweetness of "Big Babol" .
