Christmas Collection 2023 Presented at Park Hyatt

After the similar event last year, on Wednesday 22 November the press and gourmets of the Lombard capital once again crowded the rooms of the Park Hyatt hotel, where the presentation of the Enrico Rizzi Milano 2023 Christmas Collection took place.

Enrico Rizzi himself, accompanied by his closest collaborators, told the public about the new delights, already available from today in the boutique in via Correnti 5 in Milan and in the next few days in the online shop, which make up this year's Christmas selection.

During the guided tasting, the guests had the opportunity to taste the 4 new Christmas-themed macarons (Mandarin, Lychee, Pomegranate and Alchechengio) and the new luxury Macaron with Blu del Moncenisio, in addition to the new praline flavours , which have now increased from 16 in the past months to 25.

The presentation was also the occasion to officially present the new line of Rare Chocolates , with 18 single origins discovered in every part of the globe, including the highly prized Porcelana 72% from Venezuela.

The protagonists of the 2023 Christmas Collection were, of course, the Chocolate Trees , which have now become a classic among gifts dedicated to cocoa lovers. These are joined by the Single Origin Tree , which brings together 17 different chocolates in a single gift reserved for true connoisseurs.

Finally, ample space was reserved for the famous Sinfonie by Enrico Rizzi , the combinations of flavours and aromas that the pastry chef then uses in all his confectionery creations: Sinfonia Rosé (lychee, raspberry and rose petals), Sinfonia Aomori (Matcha green tea and toasted black sesame), Sindonia Maracaibo (milk chocolate and passion fruit), Sinfonia dei Golosi (caramel, cocoa beans and Maldon salt), Sinfonia delle Calandre (saffron and liquorice) and Sinfonia di Sicilia (almonds with orange blossoms, candied citrus fruit and jasmine).
