The result of this adventure worthy of a Jules Verne novel is the Collezione Cioccolati Rari , in which the in-house pastry chef in the boutique at Via Correnti 5 in Milan has collected the best of his countless tastings, in a curated selection of the most unusual and prized varieties of cocoa.

Travel, it was said, is the right word, because the Cioccolati Rari Collection includes aromas from every corner of the globe: from Ecuador to Venezuela, from Bali to the Dominican Republic, from the Philippines to Tanzania.

17 extraordinary cocoa varieties (some of which are also available in a Hot Chocolate version ), which Enrico has worked into as many bars, each with a different character: from the peaty aftertaste and notes of leather, oud, cigar and hay of the very particular Madang Papuasia 70%, to the hints of walnuts and dried figs of the Mekong Delta Vietnam 75%.

The true pearl of the Collection is the extremely rare Porcelana Venezuela 72% , which with its refined roundness and sweetness and notes of bread crust is truly unique in the world of cocoa.
